Kitley House Hotel and Restaurant is a luxury country house hotel in Devon, with 19 bedrooms. The hotel is located within the grounds of The Kitley Estate overlooking a small river and lake. The hotel catters for conferences, weddings, weekend breaks and as well used throughout the year.

The hotel is located in South Hams between Brixton and Yealmpton, in a managed estate surrounded by parkland and woodland. The hotel is at the end of a 1-mile drive accessible from the A379. This long driveway provides the exclusivity and privacy which guests and corporate conference organisers require.

The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year. Kitley House Hotel can accomadate wedding parties from 20-80 people and provide marquee hospitality in formal gardens for guests of up to 150 or more. It is also regularly used for 'Away days', Training Courses and Team Building Events utilising the extensive gardens and grounds. Board Meetings and other sensitive conferences are also features of the busy hotel. Kitley House Hotel has got 150 car parking spaces which are open to all staff and visitors.

The rear garden was focus of activity during 2004 with all the paths re-laid and lighting introduced to the darker parts. the hotel took the oportunity to vastly improve mobility by creating a new footpath with a lower gradient. Fllowing this the upperlawn was rebuilt with new walls & drainage with the pond receiving a new stone fountain with planters.

By Bus

From Plymouth or Dartmouth the bus no 93 & 94 stop outside Kitley's main gate, from here a 25 minute walk through the beautiful estate will take you to the hotel. Amazing views, wildlife and livestock will be seen on the way.

From Millbay Docks in Plymouth's City Centre, Brittany Ferries operates a seven days a week crossing service during the summer months (15 March - 15 November) between Plymouth and Roscoff as well as Plymouth and Spain.
